This website

Our website (www.troubleyn.be) makes use so-called ‘cookies’.

We do not use google’s remarketing technology. Therefore you will not see any targeted advertising triggered by Google services on other websites. Youtube, Vimeo and Facebook can store cookies on your device. This can happen for example when you watch videos which are embedded on our website. Our newsletters

Upon registering for our newsletter, your personal data is used by us for marketing purposes through the e-mailing of newsletters and/or invitations. We collect this data after your consent and use a double opt-in.

For the above marketing objective, we collect, transfer, store and process the following personal data: your name, first name, email address as well as (if indicated) your additional specific interest in a subsegment of our activities (such as teaching…) We only use the collected data for the objectives for which we obtained the data (i.e. electronic marketing initiatives).

We transfer the data you give us to a third party as this is necessary for the realization of the above objective. We make use of Mailchimp (www.mailchimp.com) for sending out our targeted newsletters. We never transfer personal data to other third parties with which we do not have a processor agreement and are not mentioned in this policy. We make the necessary arrangements with this processor to ensure the protection of your personal data. 

If you do not want us to store, process etc. your data with a view to direct marketing, it suffices to notify us by email. You can also ask us at any time to consult your data, update it or have it erased completely by notifying us by mail. You can always unsubscribe yourself or change your mailing preferences though the links on the bottom of each newsletter you receive. Unsubscribing implies you will no longer receive our newsletters. We store personal data no longer than necessary for the objective for which it has been supplied.

If you have a question or complaint about the use, storage or processing etc. of your personal data, we ask you to contact us.
